Kodiak High School´s Creation and Reminder

Writer: The EvergreensThe Evergreens

Updated: Feb 23, 2018

Hello everyone! We are The Evergreens! This is our blog. This is about a high school class using trash to make a wonderful reminder.

Some students of Kodiak High School used trash found on the beaches of San Diego to create a massive octopus filled with trash. Next to the creation a sign reads,¨Ophelia- a Marine Debris octopus- created from TRASH (mostly plastic) from OUR beaches!

Created by KHS Art Students.¨ Think about it, if everybody picked up trash from the beaches and turned them into octopuses, how many trash filled octopuses would there be in the world?
